It’s been an exciting year in 2017, marking 45 years of gathering and publishing untold stories of life in Brighton and Hove. This year we published Brighton’s Seaside Stories and we’ve been making available our out-of-print back catalogue as pay-what-you-like downloads from our website.
In 2018 we plan to continue to digitise our rich archive to make it freely accessible to a global audience. We’re also planning another publication about Brighton and Hove’s lost shops, and looking for new volunteers to join our management team, especially with skills in finance, charity law, and fundraising.
If you’d like to find out more, please contact us by email, or you’re welcome to come to our AGM on Wednesday 29th November, 5.30-6.30pm at Brighton Open Market, Mezzanine floor Unit 8, London Road BN1 4JU. Join us for an informal drink and a chat, and we’ll also have a selection of books on sale.
