Could you help shape Brighton’s next chapter?
QueenSpark Books has spent over 50 years collecting, publishing and sharing the stories of Brighton and its communities. Join the QueenSpark Books Board – and help shape what comes next.
It’s a chance to use your experience, ideas and connections for something you care about, while meeting people, exploring new ideas and becoming part of a much-loved piece of Brighton’s cultural life.
As well as joining the Board, you’ll automatically become part of our Advisory Group, helping to develop ideas, projects, events and opportunities for the future.
You don’t need to have been a trustee before. It’s voluntary, with a modest time commitment – and an opportunity to have an influence on the future of an organisation with a remarkable history.
What can you bring to QueenSpark?
You might have experience in publishing, bookselling, fundraising, finance, business, marketing, digital, arts and culture, community work, education, heritage or events. You might have strong local knowledge, useful connections, a particular perspective on Brighton, or simply an enthusiasm for what QueenSpark is – and a willingness to get involved.
Please e-mail john(a)queensparkbooks.org.uk if you are interested in the role, with a short outline of what you might bring to it.
