On July 25th 2019, at a launch at Brighton’s Toy Museum, QueenSpark announced four new publications from our Archives Alive project. With content from QueenSparks’ and other archives selected and edited by teams of volunteers under the guidance of Editor Evlynn Sharp, and in collaboration with designers Emily Macauley and Chris Callard, the books mark the end of the first stage of the project.
During late-2019-early 2020, we have again been collaborating with volunteers to create a series of walking tours based on the archives, and using the books to engage readers from marginalised communities around the city. These walks will be launched at an online event in early September 2020.

Archives Alive is supported by the National Heritage Lottery Fund, and we thank the players for that support.
